Commentary: A Quick Guide to Linear, Exponential, and Quadratic Functions
I wrote this handout as part of a summer institute on algebraic thinking that I did with Pat Willott and Galina Dobrynina. The title is fairly self-explanatory; the handout discusses how to identify the three types of functions when they are represented as tables, recursive or explicit equations, and graphs. 8/05
